CSAE Policy

1. Introduction and Commitment

Conservation Futures (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”) is committed to protecting children from all forms of abuse and exploitation in every aspect of our IKS platform. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and will take swift, decisive action when such content or behavior is identified.

We strongly believe:

  • Every child has the right to be protected from sexual abuse and exploitation.

  • Strict measures, including prevention, detection, removal, and reporting of CSAE content, are essential for creating a safe community.

3.3 Sexual Exploitation of a Child

Using a minor for sexual purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Producing or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

  • Grooming or manipulating a child into sexual situations.

  • Coercion, trafficking, or other exploitative acts against a child’s well-being.

  3. Reporting to Authorities: We report credible CSAE evidence to law enforcement and/or child protection agencies, in compliance with local laws.

5. Prevention Measures

5.1 Proactive Monitoring

  • We use automated detection tools, including hash-matching and AI-driven technology, to identify known CSAM and suspicious content.

  • Our moderation teams regularly review flagged content and user reports.

5.3 Partnerships and Resources

Where applicable, we may partner with reputable child protection organizations or industry coalitions to strengthen our detection and reporting efforts. For instance, we may:

  • Collaborate with agencies such as NCMEC (U.S.), INHOPE, or other recognized entities if content or users are based in regions where these organizations operate.
